Our goal is to ensure a safe way for families to pick up student belongings and return school materials. Thanks in advance for your patience with the process!
To ensure the safety of our community we ask that you do not visit campus if you or someone in your household has or recently (within the last 14 days) had an illness with fever or cough. Please limit the number of family members visiting campus, wash hands or use hand sanitizer before and after the visit, wear face coverings, and adhere to social distancing. For the safety of all we ask that you limit the amount of time you spend on campus and avoid congregating in groups. FAIS will have gloves and hand sanitizer available throughout the campus and will be thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting.
Please remember to gather all school materials including classroom books, items borrowed from individual teachers, library books, and any checked-out iPads or Chromebooks.
Families are invited by alphabetical order to visit campus:
- June 10; 10 AM - 2 PM: students with last names R-Z
- June 11; 10 AM - 2 PM: students with last names L-Q
- June 15; 10 AM - 2 PM: students with last names F-K
- June 16; 10 AM - 2 PM: students with last names A-E
Please visit the individual classroom. Teachers and staff will have belongings ready in labeled bags. Specific directions may be posted in the classroom. Tables will be set up to return all materials. If you need to make alternate arrangements, please contact Evelyn Farez: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please follow the posted entry and exit signs based on grade level. Tables will be set up to return all materials. Families, by grade level, will receive a note with the items they are expected to drop off. If you need to make alternate arrangements, please contact Lauren Yamasaki: email@example.com.
