Summer Virtual Experiences
***Weeks 5-7 (Aug. 3-21) have been cancelled so faculty and staff can prepare for comprehensive distance learning in the fall***
In response to COVID-19, FAIS is transitioning our usual in-person summer programming to virtual summer experiences. Choose from an array of fun and creative live activities (via Zoom) for kindergarten-8th grade -- created with parent and staff feedback from running remote activities all spring!
In an effort to provide multiple options for families, while being mindful of daily screen time, we will be offering morning (9-11am) and afternoon (1-3pm) sessions ranging from 30-90 minutes with a lunch/break time built in between the two sessions. Families will also have the flexibility of selecting single-day, multiple-day, and full-week experiences.
Descriptions of each experience will include specifics on Zoom times, sessions per day, and the instructor. Materials for activities will need to be provided by families, but FAIS will minimize these needs as much as possible and we will communicate what is necessary weeks prior to the experience.
We look forward to sharing these virtual experiences with your family!
