Preferred candidates for middle school will be licensed teachers or have equivalent professional experience working with middle schoolers. They will also be fluent in French, Spanish, Mandarin, or German, OR have a strong background in a subject area (math, science, literature, social studies, art, music).

All candidates must have excellent classroom management skills, the ability to improvise or problem-solve, the ability to adapt to constantly changing classroom environments, and an aptitude for creating positive interactions with all students over short timeframes.
