The Extended Learning (EL) Administrative Assistant fulfills the mission of the school by providing administrative support to the Department of Extended Learning Programs, and the Maternelle Division Head for ELD ( Early Learning Division) compliance. The Extended Learning Administrative Assistant will also assist program coordinators and respond to school needs.

FAIS is looking for a senior accountant to join our dynamic, fast-paced Business Office 20-30 hours per week.  This new position will be responsible for ensuring accounting activities are performed timely and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) and other School policies.  The senior accountant should possess solid communication, technology, organizational and analytical skills. Accreditations such as certified public accountant (CPA) or certified management accountant (CMA) are preferred. This position works closely with others in the Business Office and all other School departments.


The primary role of the Interim School Health Coordinator is to support and implement strategies that promote student and staff physical, social and emotional health.  A major component of the School Health Coordinator position is to communicate with parents and students about illness and injury based on assessments and interventions. This position requires an ability to use discretionary judgment and to take action decisively as appropriate.
