Pierre de Vallombreuse, a French photographer who documents native populations, will visit the FAIS campus during the week of April 14-18. During his visit, he will talk to students about his profession and how he chose this lifestyle, as well as the present situation of indigenous peoples in the world. He will be a wonderful resource for students currently studying human migration, habitats, and transportation. In conjunction with his visit, FAIS will set up a photo gallery with a collection of his work. Pierre's book "Hommes racines," is currently available from the FAIS Library. Learn more about Pierre and see examples of his work on his website.
