What is a PM Pass?
Posted September 28, 2012
The Middle School PM Pass is a flexible way for Gilkey International Middle School students to attend various PM Classes on a drop-in basis and, thus, be able to participate in PM Classes without the commitment of signing up for an entire term. This way your child can take a class and also play a sport, stay in FASCA to study for a big test, or otherwise have their cake and eat it too. Since you only pay for the classes they attend, and the instructors build that kind of flexibility into the curriculum, there are no repercussions for not attending classes.
Whether you’re familiar with the program or not, we’ve made some changes:
- Choose a PM Class that accepts the PM Pass
- Purchase a PM Pass online or at the Front Office for $50. Let the Front Office know what class you’d like the pass for; they will forward it on to that instructor.
- Each pass is good for 5 hours of PM classes.
- Students should check into FASCA to let the Extracurricular aides know where they are going to be.
- PM Pass teachers will sign off the times used each time a student attends the class. At the end of class any remaining students return to FASCA.
