ARTIST IN RESIDENCE
Pendulum Dance Theatre, an aerial dance theater group, is the artist in residence at FAIS which is their permanent training facility. The dancers teach after-school classes to middle school students and dazzle the FAIS and outside community with a professional and student performance each spring.
Pendulum uses various types aerial equipment such as trapeze, bungee, aerial silk, and others to suspend themselves in air. The multi-talented and captivating company members and collaborating performers delight in bringing audiences the joy of being transported into an invigorating world of aerial arts, dance, and theater.
