Acrobits is an introduction to gymnastics and aerial movement. Students learn basic skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstand and cartwheel progressions, as well as body positions, terminology, and safety rules for each apparatus. Each class focuses on the fundamental floor skills and muscle development necessary for aerial movement, and time is dedicated at the end of each class for an introduction to aerial apparatuses.
