STUDENT GOVERNMENT
The Gilkey International Middle School Student Council is composed of student representatives elected by each advisory group. Student Council organizes social events for the whole middle school, such as dances, game night, talent show, and spirit days. Two teacher advisors work with the council and assist them in their discussions and decision making. Student Council representatives report to their advisory group after each meeting.
